My love language is touch; therefore it is only natural for me to gravitate toward Massage Therapy. I have the honor of loving on people and being part of their healing, which has made this the most fulfilling career I've known.

Before I started my own practice, I managed The Spa @ Equinox in Rolling Hills Estates for three years. Since then, I've built a practice filled with amateur athletes and Average Joe's. I've always described myself as "not the typical massage therapist; I don't do fluff." I'm more of a mechanic, because I specialize in injury prevention and rehabilitation. I pride myself in providing my clients with excellence in service and delivering superior results. Muscles, like people, can learn bad habits; therefore it is my primary goal to reeducate your muscles. I practice Integrated Massage, using over 25 modalities and transitioning between them depending on the clients' needs and responses to treatment. This is always done with specific goals in mind: first, by removing any muscle spasms that may be present; second, by reeducating muscles to forget bad habits and learn a new range of motion; and ultimately, leading to less pain and more freedom to move past injury and forward to recovery.

Pre/Post Competition

A treatment specifically designed to your sporting event with the goal of preparing you for the competition and recovering well. This will help you hit the ground running for your next competition!

It is so hard to find a good massage therapist and especially a good sports massage therapist. Not only does Kevin knows his stuff, he's professional and doesn't hit a few trigger points that make you feel good making you think you got a good massage. Instead he takes his time.
